We were honoured and delighted to be a part of Debra’s 2018 Annual Members Conference this year – providing management and a variety of services throughout the day. The day involved a lot of prior planning. However, having worked on large scale conferences, we were able to bring a lot of knowledge and experience, whilst ensuring the day was managed professionally and effectively from start to finish.

A popular and regular occurrence in the Virtual Events diary for the past 6 years is the exclusive F1 Grand Prix weekend in Monaco. Virtual manages and provides specialist event production for a number of exclusive Superyacht and Terrace parties across the May bank holiday weekend.

A wedding fair is the best place to start your journey, whether you have your own ideas about what you want, or if you’re feeling completely overwhelmed. So what can you expect? Well, many wedding fairs follow a similar format and feature a wide range of local exhibitors, suppliers and specialists in the wedding sector. They’re obviously great places for getting ideas and looking at the larger aspects of your day, from bridal wear, bridesmaids outfits, hair, and makeup, to cakes, caterers and photographers.

Here at Virtual Events, we have years of experience providing professional entertainment services for a wide range of occasions. So when we were asked to give essential support for a charity-boxing event called Rumble On The River at Henley Town Hall, we welcomed the challenge.
As it was a televised event, we needed to take extra special care to ensure everything would go as smoothly as possible; we carefully assessed our client’s needs and used our expertise in event management in order to achieve this.

Virtual Events provided a very special one of a kind Photo Booth for our corporate clients, Eden shopping centre. Handled through Virtual Booth our dedicated Video and Photo Booth team we made sure that everything was exactly how the client wanted.
The event ran on both Saturday 7th and Sunday 8th March 2015 and went down an absolute storm. The Videos from the Booth will be displayed on a giant screen above the M&S store in the Mall on Mothering Sunday.
